No admin fees.

Admin fees apply on certain international journeys: if your departure and arrival station are in another country. These admin fees amount to 5€ per passenger and per journey. However, admin fees are limited to 9€ per order (an 'order' may include several journeys and concern several passengers). Note:

- Admin fees are applicable per passenger and per international journey only if the cost of the journey is higher than 15€.

- These fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or modification.

In the event of modification, new admin fees will apply in the following situations:

   . Addition or removal of a passenger  

   . Modification to the journey

   . Inversion of arrival and departure destinations

   . Modification of departure station in the event the replacement station is not in the same area

-  'Journey' means a journey without a connection. E.g.: a journey with a connection = two journeys.
